Extrusion is a production phase that allows the passage of raw materials from storage to packaging.
Turello extruders adapt to the different types of systems present in the company and can be combined with mixers and in particular with the TPM (Turello PressMixer) to feed the packaging lines without engaging the mixing system.
Turello presses are extruders that differ in the way the product is loaded and in their positioning with respect to the work surface. In particular:
• The PS series presses are hydraulic extruders for cylindrical tanks with lifting bench and foundation hole. The press therefore requires a foundation hole into which the support bench of the tank is lowered to allow it to be inserted at floor level.
• The PF series presses are hydraulic extruders for cylindrical tanks with fixed bench. The positioning of the tank on the support bench is carried out with the aid of lifting means.
• The buffer presses of the PP series are hydraulic extruders with built-in tank. They are used in conjunction with the TPM series Pressmixers. They are equipped with special self-cleaning systems of the walls of the tank that allow them to be used continuously without cleaning.
• The PFS180 series presses are hydraulic extruders for cylindrical drums of 200 litres with extrusion from above using a flexible hose. They are also available in coupled version to allow continuous feeding of the packaging line.
• The PF180 series presses are hydraulic extruders for cylindrical drums of 200 litres with fixed bench and extrusion from the bottom. The extrusion from the bottom is obtained by making a hole in the drum itself.
Our company is able to offer a full range of extruders for tanks and drums:
presses for tanks with lifting bench and foundations hole (PS), with lifting bench and no foundations holes (PSW), with fixed bench (PF) or floor bench (PFS)
presses for drums emptying from the top (PFS180), fixed bench and emptying from the bottom (PF180) and folding (PR180)
There are also available buffer presses (PP) for the storage of the finished product to be combined with our PressMixer type TPM.
