This notice explains which personal data www.turello.net collects, why, and what you can ask us at any time. It is given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Providing the contact-form data is optional, but without it we cannot reply to you. The statistics and user-experience data are only collected if you accept them in the cookie panel, and you can withdraw at any time from the cookie policy.

3. Who else sees the data

Your data is not sold and is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. It is accessible to:

  • the staff of Turello s.r.l. who handle enquiries;
  • the hosting provider that runs the site, as data processor;
  • Google Ireland Ltd for reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Analytics;
  • Hotjar Ltd, with your consent.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Google and Hotjar may process data on servers outside the EU. Such transfers take place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for the United States, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

  • access your data and receive a copy;
  • correct it if it is inaccurate, or complete it;
  • erase it, where the conditions are met;
  • restrict the processing, or object to it;
  • receive it in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent, without affecting what was done before.

Write to turello@turello.net. We answer within one month. If you believe your data is not handled properly you may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma.

6. Automated decisions

We do not take decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.
