The LVR series tank scrapers are blade systems used to “dry-clean” the residues inside open top cylindrical tanks. They are used coupled with the LW108 and LW 108/R washing systems. They have been developed by our company to meet the needs of some customers who needed to recover/remove product residue after extrusion.

They are available in semi-automatic or fully automatic versions. In the first case, the tank is lifted and rotated and the operator manually removes the product. In the second case, the machine is equipped with a blade system for extracting the product and its recovery on a special tank. The machine can be supplied for a single type of tank or, where feasible, for more than one type. Like all Turello cleaning systems, they can be ATEX certified for use in classified environments.
