For over 35 years our company has been engaged in the development and production of machines automatic machines for horizontal packaging of sealants in bags.

Initially, the packaging of bags was vertical ends closed by welding and then, following the evolution of the market, with closed ends by means of horizontal clips.

Currently the production range consists of two types of packaging machines:

• Horizontal packaging machine for round clips (SLMT)
• Horizontal Flat Clip Packaging Machine (SLMP)

Ease of use, reliability, easy cleaning and high productivity (up to 40 bags/m) are ensured by the control and management systems (dosage stop system for bag breakage, sheet feed control system).

Suitable for bag diameters from 30 to 65 mm with fast and simple size change system, they are suitable for working with clips in rolls of all the most important suppliers in the market.

The wide range of options available makes it suitable even under the most demanding working conditions and in combination with automatic box packaging lines.

The following are available:

• aluminium sheet heating system
• roll end control system
• roll joint control system
• bag integrity control system

They can be equipped with their own volumetric doser or combined with DSM and DSMM series static mixers
